On a warm Feb. 6 afternoon, Pasco County government officials and a contingent from the Pasco County Economic Development Council joined executive and employees from TouchPoint Medical and its corporate parent, TouchPoint Inc., in breaking ground for the medical device and management equipment maker’s global headquarters. It will be built on a site off State Road 54, just west of the Suncoast Parkway.
