Cris has been a respected executive in the medical device industry for over 25 years, developing multiple best-in-class medical device products and solutions. He joined TouchPoint Healthcare in 2021 and has had a big impact on driving our sales and marketing teams to next level and is currently leading the integration of ICW.
Originally from our sister company, Southco, Kevin accepted a role at ICW in June 2023. He has been instrumental in driving process improvements, increasing profitability and facilitating transfers between Medford and Odessa to enhance our capabilities. Kevin was just promoted to GM for TouchPoint Medical’s Point of Care Sales and will continue to oversee Operations at the Medford facility.
One of the founders of the medDispense product in 1998, Andy is still passionate about providing affordable medication dispensing machines to hospitals 20 years later. He currently serves as the Sales Manager for our Medication Management product line and leads sales teams in North/South America, Asia and Australia.
Michelle leads marketing strategy at TouchPoint Medical, combining creativity with data-driven insight to connect healthcare organizations with technology that makes a difference. With a passion for learning and a hands-on approach, she develops integrated campaigns that strengthen the company’s brand and drive growth across global markets.
East joined the company in August 2024, and will be spearheading the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy for our Point of Care product line. He has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, primarily with Philips, where he served as a technical development lead and clinical product owner for the respiratory care business segment.
Bill is the iTD Sales Manager for TouchPoint Healthcare and leads our North American Sales Team. He is a big proponent of relationship building and enjoys working closely with our customers. Prior to joining us in 2011, Bill spent 17 years working for a global semiconductor manufacturing company where he held roles in Operations, Customer Support, Sales and IT.
Bob began his career with TouchPoint in 2016 as Director of Software Engineering. He has since taken on the responsibility for our global services group consisting of tech support, installation and field services. He oversees our global technology groups with offices in China, Romania, Belgium, Norway and the United States.
Quintin joined TouchPoint, Inc. in 2008 and has led the Finance teams for Southco & TPM Europe. Since 2018, he has been leading iTD globally as Managing Director, where he has driven year-over-year double-digit growth and developed a strong leadership team. In 2021, Quintin assumed responsibility for both iTD and TouchPoint Medical Europe.
Steve brings nearly three decades of global leadership experience in the industrial and medical technology sectors to his role as Managing Director at TouchPoint Medical. Known for building high-performing teams and driving business growth across the Americas and beyond, he combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach.
Prior to joining TouchPoint Healthcare as Finance Director in 2019, Jim spent more than a decade with Southco and TouchPoint Inc. in various roles within finance and corporate strategy. Jim’s strong financial background and history of leading profitable growth make him a tremendous asset to the company.
A seasoned financial leader with more than a decade of experience, Jason oversees all aspects of TouchPoint Medical’s financial strategy. Known for building strong partnerships and driving operational excellence, he brings extensive expertise in budgeting, corporate tax strategy, and executive financial management.
Ralph brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in global manufacturing and technology-driven industries to his role as President of TouchPoint Medical. Known for guiding organizations through growth and transformation, Ralph is passionate about building high-performing teams and advancing innovations that improve the way healthcare technology supports caregivers and patients around the world.
Alec leads a team of talented engineers responsible for new product development, custom component design, and sustaining engineering efforts. Alec’s 40-year career includes experience in several industries leading both design and manufacturing. He currently focuses on designing medical mobility and oversees engineering for both TPM & iTD products.
