CNC Stamping & Laser Cutting
The manufacturing processes include the cutting, forming, machining, welding and surface preparation for finishing of metal components used in the assembly of our products.
CNC (Computer Numeric Control) stamping and laser cutting produce features in flat sheet materials such as holes and removal of material per the product design. The stamping and laser cutting process is capable of quickly modifying part designs through programming changes.
Press brakes are utilized for forming flat material into rough finished shapes for components such as shelves.
All manufacturing processes comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) and NPFA (National Fire Protection Association) requirements.
CNC Machining & Turning
The manufacturing processes include the cutting, forming, machining, welding and surface preparation for finishing of metal components used in the assembly of our products.
CNC machining and turning produce components from aluminum, steel bars and extrusions.
The CNC machining and turning process holds very tight tolerances and creates excellent surface conditions for key components used in our products.
All manufacturing processes comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) and NPFA (National Fire Protection Association) requirements.

Weld & Grind
The manufacturing processes include the cutting, forming, machining, welding and surface preparation for finishing of metal components used in the assembly of our products.
We weld our metal components and frames to add strength to the formed products and also provide aesthetic value prior to finishing.
Our grinding area removes rough edges and burs created during the welding process.
We produce over 37,500 components per month supporting our finishing and assembly areas that go into our customers' products.

Powder Coating
The new automated powder coating system improves product quality and repeatably, while at the same time, creating additional capacity to handle future business growth.
Our state-of-the-art powder coating process is a fully automated system (with the exception of loading and unloading parts).
Environmental Improvements: Our new powder coating system is equipped with material reclamation allowing for reuse of powder material which was previously discarded.
The powder coating process can apply over 30 different standard and custom colors with the capability to include antimicrobial additives (such as Microban®) for added safety in healthcare environments.
The Process:
• The process starts by taking our manufactured components and hanging them
on a conveyor line which then goes through an automatic parts washer.
• The parts then go through a drier before circling back to the powder application area.
• Automated robotic powder application guns spray the powder on the product.
The powder is positively charged, and the part is grounded to the rack which causes the
powder to “stick” to the parts.
• Once coated, the parts proceed through a curing oven which bakes the powder
onto the product.
• The parts exit the curing oven, pass through a cooling chamber and return
to the unloading area.
• They are then inspected and sent to the component inventory area for use in assembly.
The total length of the conveyor system is 600 ft and has a load capacity of 75 lbs per hook.
All manufacturing processes comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) and NPFA (National Fire Protection Association) requirements.
