TouchPoint Medical, Inc. Acquires Health Tech

OLDSMAR, Fla. – February 5, 2019 –TouchPoint Medical announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Health Tech. Health Tech is a Norway-based supplier of self-service, computerized distribution systems for medication and medical supplies in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Health Tech offers a packaged solution that includes the medical vending equipment and software needed to manage and control the distribution of medication and supplies. Health Tech is particularly strong in the Scandinavian area of Northern Europe.

Health Tech is a long-standing customer of both SupplyPoint and TouchPoint Medical (formerly Vanas Medical), as they purchase our medical vending machines, which run on their own proprietary software for their served customers. Health Tech will report to TouchPoint Medical Europe where we will begin to immediately collaborate in adding value through shared product development and account coverage in the Northern European medical market.
